CONSENT TO COLLECT, USE, AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

I consent to Expert Mortgages Ltd., and its agents and representatives, collecting, using, and disclosing my personal information, including information obtained in the past and information obtained in the future, for the purposes of;

1. processing the application for the loan to me, and/or my business or associations ("me") and any new applications for loan and credit product
2. providing information to suppliers of products and services to "me", including data service providers, in connection with the loan or other loan or credit products
3. understanding my needs and determining the suitability of products and services for me, determining eligibility for these products and services for me, providing information about products and services and special promotions to products and services to me, analyzing my information for marketing purposes, including conducting surveys, developing and enhancing products and services.
4. establishing my identity, verifying information provided by me with third parties, including my employer and other financial institutions, verifying information provided by third parties: administering the loan and other credit product provided to me by Expert Mortgages and making sure my records and/or the records of my business or association are kept separate from others with the same name: and providing regular updates to credit reporting agency's.
5. protecting me, and/or Expert Mortgages or other persons from error or fraud, such as identity theft:
6. complying with legal requirements, including money laundering laws and regulations and costs of credit disclosure laws;
7. sending my financial information, and information about Expert Mortgage activities or events

I consent to Expert Mortgages Ltd, and its agents and representatives, disclosing my personal information to

1. lawyers; notaries public; appraisers, engineers, and architects; other professionals and consultants; property tax authorities; strata corporations; insurance agency and providers; registries; search and registry agents in connection with processing and administering the loan and any new or existing loan or credit products provided to me and/or my business or association;
2. suppliers of services, including; title insurance companies: life and disability insurers, and facilitators of letters of credit, mortgage insurers, such as CMHC and GE Capital, affiliates of Expert Mortgages and trade associations, and data service providers, in connection with processing and administering the loan and any existing or new credit products provided to me and/or my business or association.

CONSENT TO COLLECT, USE, AND DISCLOSE SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER/BUSINESS NUMBER

I authorize Expert Mortgages Ltd. and its agents and representatives, to collect, use, and disclose my Social Insurance Number (SIN) and , if applicable, Business Number (BN) of my business to:

1. obtain, verify, or update my credit information in connection with providing me, an entity for whom I am signing authority, officer, partner, or director, or a third party for whom I am acting, with the loan and any new or existing loan or credit products; and
2. identify me, administer my accounts and/or the accounts of my business or association, including the loan and any new or existing loans or credit accounts; and keep my records and/or the records of my business or entity with Expert Mortgages separate from others with the same name

CONSENT TO COLLECT, USE, AND DISCLOSE CREDIT INFORMATION

I consent to Expert Mortgages Ltd., and its agents or representatives,

1. using my personal information to obtain and verify credit, employment, residence, and other information about me as permitted by law:
2. disclosing information about my credit history and other personal information to other financial institutions and credit reporting agencies in order to update my credit information and maintain the integrity of the credit reporting system; and
3. obtaining records containing credit information about me from any person or source from time to time including other financial institutions and credit reporting agencies.
